The air potato vine is a highly invasive and difficult to manage weed found throughout the greater Jacksonville area. This course will offer an in-depth view of the issues, identification and control of this noxious weed along with some hands-on training. By the end of the course you’ll know how to differentiate the air potato vine from commonly misidentified plants, how to create an IPM plan to combat this vine and how to request, obtain and release the air potato beetle on your property.
