Event Details
Midori has made specific sake selections to be individually paired with eight expertly-curated courses by our very own Executive Chef, Steve Grimes. Chef Steve’s inspired menu will bring a taste of Japan’s diverse micro regional cuisine to the Jacksonville community. Guests can expect to enjoy Japanese staples, such as A5 beef, abalone, fresh yuzu and matcha.
