She is an Ordained Mobile Interfaith- Non Denominational Celebrant, and a Licensed State Premarital Course Provider in Florida & Georgia, and specializes in Marital and Premarital counseling. Certified Bridal Consultant, Wedding Planner, and Floral Designer. Dr. Taylor's credentials are: Doctorates in Divinity, Pastoral Counseling and Theology.
