Early Pregnancy Class Want to get a jumpstart on preparing for your amazing pregnancy? Join us to learn the real up-to-date essentials needed for a confident and informed pregnancy. We talk about everything from myths to nutrition, fetal growth, do’s and dont’ s, how to get ready and so much more. There will be plenty of time to answer those most common questions. This class is ideal for women up to 20 weeks pregnant. Women who are planning a pregnancy are also welcome.
Class Format 1 class, 1.5 hours
Class Prerequisite You do not have to be a Baptist Health patient to attend our classes. Class Instructor A Baptist Health Educator teaches this class. Class Registration
