Join Arlene & Jerome (aka "Zumbajear") along with Studio Jear's "Home Grown" Zumba Fitness Instructors for another legendary 2 Hour Zumba Fitness Jam! ZUMBA FITNESS is a fusion of Latin & International music/dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! Routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast & slow rhythms that tone & sculpt the body.
NO, we don't do Zumba Fitness for 2 hours straight - LOL! Regular one hour session with 10 to 15 minute break! FREE ice cold, bottled water provided throughout the event! FREE fresh fruit at break after 1st hour! FANTASTIC prize give-aways! FREE on site babysitting (children must be potty trained).
**In addition to the great prize give-aways which include a FREE APRIL 2015 monthly pass - access to all of Studio Jear's group fitness programs - we'll also be giving away 2 FREE tickets to Studio Jear's "A Night in the Caribbean Party" that takes place on May 28th!
