JANUARY 2015 SCHEDULE:
*Saturday January 31st - 10:00am to 10:45am
For kids, exercise means playing and being physically active.
Everyone can benefit from regular exercise. Kids who are active will:
have stronger muscles and bones
have a leaner body because exercise helps control body fat
be less likely to become overweight
decrease the risk of developing type 2 diabetes
possibly lower blood pressure and blood cholesterol levels
have a better outlook on life
enhances emotional well-being
teaches kids an active, healthy lifestyle
This extra special class features our ZumbAtomic® and our Kids Boot Camp Classes, all in one fun 45 minute long extravaganza! FUN music! FUN dances! A FUN time! We'll get those ZUMBA® FOR KIDS bodies moving with a fun warm-up! We'll then alternate between ZumbAtomic® routines and Mind and Body activities such as obstacle courses! Each child will then pick a cool prize from the STUDIO JEAR TREASURE CHEST! Dress children in light comfortable clothing, with socks & gym shoes or dance shoes. Studio Jear will provide water / juice & fresh fruit snacks for the little people!
All kids participating in Zumbatomic/Boot Camp Class get into the FunCenter (on site babysitting) FREE after class! This way - parents / caregivers can participate in the adult Zumba Class at 10:30am!
