Join us for a private beer-pairing dinner in the Helios Beer Garden. This Irish Inspired menu has each course paired with a delicious Hyperion brew. Just in time to celebrate St. Patrick's Day!

2ND COURSE - Bangers and Mash: Irish sausages, garlic mashed potatoes, and brown onion gravy

3RD COURSE - Corned Beef and Sauteed Cabbage: brined and slow roasted beef served with cabbage sauteed with onions and stout beer.
