The Horizon Board of Dreams Come True presents its’ annual Fall Happy Hour. Join them for fun and drink specials at the Rooftop Bar located at Black Sheep Restaurant. Drink discounts/specials for those who attend. All proceeds go toward the Horizon Board and their efforts to create special times for children in the Dreams Come True program. Dreams Come True is the First Coast community's only locally based wish-granting organization for children with life-threatening illnesses.
