St. Augustine Shipyard

The St. Augustine Shipyard is a full-service concierge marina with the capacity of 300 dry/indoor storage spaces for boats of various sizes up to 42’ and will also have in-water boat slips for boats up to 100’ available. Built in 2015 and engineered to withstand a Category 4 Hurricane with winds up to 140 mph, the facility is highly insulated, vented, and heated. The Shipyard has two 10k gallon fuel tanks [non-ethanol and diesel], spa-inspired showers and restrooms, a 12’ fish cleaning station and water hoses on the dock, carts to transport your belongings from your car to your boat, and boat wash stations. Currently our tenants include: In and Out Marine [boat and tackle store], Shipyard Dog [screen-printing company], !tag Children’s Museum, Carefree Boat Club, The Kookaburra [coffee roasting facility and coffee/espresso café], Grand Slam Boats [sales], and Bluewater Adventure St. Augustine [tours]. Also, newly finished is our Dockside Events venue which is a 5,400 square foot space with the capacity for 250 people which is perfect for parties, receptions, and banquets, complete with a separate food prep room, private lounge/”bridal” room, and restrooms. This unit has a very large garage-type door that, when opened, overlooks the San Sebastian River.
