The Ugly Cupcake Muffinry

Everyone knows that muffins are just ugly cupcakes... who wants all that fluff with no flavor? Not Lee and Rowan who, as 2 middle schoolers who got tired of being impressed by the icing and let down by the first taste. Under Mom's (an Executive Chef) supervision 7 years ago, they opened the Ugly Cupcake Muffinry as an online & farmers market Muffinry using fresh, seasonal, and mostly organic ingredients to create tender, melt in your mouth savory and sweet muffins with flavors like Prosciutto and Brie, Goat Cheese, Tomato, and Chive, Blueberry Pineapple, & Raspberry Lemon Basil. Now, as High Schoolers, we have taken the plunge and opened a full service cafe in Jacksonville Beach.
