Description
Amelia Baptist Church exists as a family of believers who seek to love God with our whole being, involving both our minds and our hearts. Today, we live in a religious environment that discourages the development of the mind along with the heart, but we believe this biblical balance is crucial in the life of the believer. "Head, heart, and hand" is our motto. God, through His Spirit, has given each of us a new heart to seek and desire Him, and He has implanted within us an insatiable longing to know Him more intimately.
It is a blessing to serve God on the mission field of Amelia Island and beyond. We believe God has placed us here for this purpose: namely, to serve Him as a church that seeks to know Him and reach out to others in the name of Jesus. It is our desire to serve you as well, hoping in turn that you will be excited, empowered and equipped to serve God and others with a zealous heart, biblically informed mind, and obedient hands.
