I’m a Southern girl, born and raised in North Carolina. I was in the military, 10 years active Army and 10 years in the Navy Reserves. I have been a licensed therapist since 2003. My specialty is combining a variety of techniques including structural integration, Thai, craniosacral, and myofascial release into a body balancing experience. My goal for my clients is to move with greater ease and less pain.
