We understand that health is based more on how you function than how you feel, and the nervous system is in charge of the coordination of all healing and function. For the nervous system to work properly, messages are sent from the brain to every cell, tissue, and organ in your body, and back. When this works properly, we are healthy. When there is stress on the nervous system, we express less health.
