A JaxLegal Road Ranger truck was smashed last week when another motorist failed to heed the “move over” law, which requires drivers to move over and slow down for emergency vehicles stopped on the side of the road. In this crash, the JaxLegal Road Ranger vehicle was stopped on the side of I-95 to help a driver whose tire had blown out when the driver of a truck slammed into the back of the JaxLegal Road Ranger truck. Eight JaxLegal Road Ranger vehicles and two drivers have been injured in the last year because of other drivers on the roadway failing to slow down and pay attention to the stopped vehicles.
